Stroke "Coffee and Cases" In-Person / Online
Join Us for Stroke 'Coffee and Cases'
As a community of interprofessional practice team members, our goal is to provide exceptional care to stroke patients across the province of Saskatchewan. To better support this community, we have gathered a group of stroke specialists to facilitate a virtual case-based round we have titled “Coffee and Cases”.
This pilot project aims to support health care providers interested in and/or treating people post-stroke. We invite you to submit case(s), questions, and/or topic requests for our interprofessional team of stroke specialists to address at monthly sessions. You can also come just to listen and learn. We will adapt session content and format to your needs and feedback. This initiative is about 2-way learning - help us help you. Please provide any input, questions, and/or suggestions at any time.
The pilot program will run monthly from October 2023 to May 2024 and you will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the initiative.
